Ridley ASTR Rival XPLR 1x13 / Rich Orange Metallic/BlackRidley launched the first European gravel bike in 2015 with the X-Trail, which was still called an all-road bike at the time. The Kanzo Adventure followed in 2019, and the X-Trail was renamed Kanzo Speed. In 2020 the aerodynamic Kanzo Fast joined the lineup, in 2022 a completely redesigned Kanzo Adventure arrived for bikepacking, and with the ASTR RS (2024) and Grifn RS (2024), Ridley set new standards in gravel racing.
Today Ridley sells its gravel bikes in numerous countries worldwide. On the Radfieber landing page roughly 99 different configurations are listed – one of the most extensive gravel fleets of any single manufacturer.
With Ridley you can choose between carbon or aluminium frames, various equipment lines (RS, A, Adventure, Fast, Gravel), and mechanical or electronic groupsets from Shimano and SRAM, including 1x and 2x drivetrains for every type of use.
The ASTR is Ridley's aerodynamic gravel flagship with an ultra-light carbon frame (from 890 g) and tyre clearance up to 52 mm. It is available with SRAM Force XPLR, Red XPLR, Rival XPLR, Apex AXS, Shimano GRX600 and Classified Powershift.
The Grifn is Ridley's all-road bike, combining road bike speed with gravel comfort at 40 mm tyre clearance (1x). The Grifn RS is the lightweight elite carbon version, the Grifn Gravel the essential series, and the Grifn A the aluminium entry-level model.
The Invenio is a special collaboration with Tomorrowland and is technically based on the Kanzo Fast. It is available as Gravel Carbon (SRAM Force XPLR or Shimano GRX800) and as Gravel Alu (Shimano GRX400) in an exclusive black Tomorrowland edition with gold accents.
The Kalazy is Ridley's entry-level model based on the Kanzo Adventure geometry with a hydroformed aluminium frame, 47 mm tyre clearance and numerous mounting points for mudguards and luggage racks.
The Kanzo is a two-part gravel family: the Kanzo Adventure as the bikepacking flagship with up to 50 mm tyre clearance and stable geometry, and the Kanzo Fast as an aerodynamic gravel race bike with F-Tubing. Both share the Kanzo DNA but differ fundamentally in geometry and aerodynamics.
A stands for the affordable entry-level variant at Ridley, usually made of aluminium with mechanical groupsets.
ADVENTURE denotes the bikepacking-capable geometry with generous tyre clearance and numerous mounting points for luggage and accessories.
ALU refers to the aluminium frame material, which Ridley uses in hydroformed form with optimised stiffness.
CARBON stands for the carbon frame material, which Ridley uses in various quality grades from Essential to Elite.
FAST designates the aerodynamically optimised race variant with F-Tubing and wind-slicing design for maximum speed.
GRAVEL is the standard gravel version, which at Ridley strikes the balance between everyday usability and sportiness.
RS stands for Racing Sport and designates the lightest and most performance-oriented carbon equipment of each model series.

Ridley mostly uses descriptive, atmospheric terms for its colour names that are meant to vividly evoke the look of the paint finish – for example „Empress Grey Metallic“, „Crocodile Green“ or „Battle Ship Grey“. Two-tone paint jobs are frequently separated by a slash to clearly indicate the combination of frame colour and accent colour, as seen in „Black Metallic/Bronze Gold“ or „Honey Gold Metallic/Ocean Green“. The intention is to trigger associations with specific materials, natural phenomena or moods through evocative names, thereby reinforcing the premium appearance of the bikes.
