Of course! You are very welcome to test ride our bikes. Simply write to us using our contact form. It is best to contact us 2 or 3 days in advance so that we can set up the bike for you if necessary. We will then confirm the test ride date. But of course you can also spontaneously come by and test ride our already assembled bikes and get advice! We are always happy to help.
You can take your time on the test ride and enjoy it.
In principle, we have every item available for immediate delivery in our warehouse or in the stores. Please feel free to write to us using our contact form if you would like to view a specific item in a particular store. We will be happy to arrange an appointment with you.
As we now have branches in Düsseldorf and Berlin in addition to our Cologne store, it may be that not every item is available in every store.
With the exception of bikes, you can expect a delivery time of approx. 2 working days from receipt of payment. Saturday is not a working day. In the high season it can sometimes take 2 days longer, but we can assure you that our shipping staff always try to rock all orders of the current day.
When ordering bicycles, depending on the season, it can take up to 7 or 10 working days after receipt of payment until the bike is with you.
