Shipping & Delivery at Radfieber
Our goal at Radfieber is to deliver your new bike and accessories safely and quickly to your home, ensuring your shopping experience is as smooth as possible. Whether fully assembled or partially assembled, whether within Germany or abroad – we have something for everyone! Here you'll find all the important information about shipping and delivery: shipping options, delivery times, and costs.
Note: Click & Collect is available free of charge at all our locations.
Delivery Conditions for Germany
1. Small parts are shipped within Germany for €4.90.
The shipping costs for bicycles in manufacturer boxes are €39. With this
shipping method, bicycles are not pre-assembled. We therefore recommend this
option only for experienced mechanics.
2. We alternatively offer delivery of fully assembled bikes for €69 in
a large box (for customers with less technical experience). Only the
handlebars are still turned sideways and the pedals are not yet mounted. You
can then quickly assemble these yourself - and off you go on your first ride.
Please refer to our
assembly tips!
3. The delivery time for small parts and accessories is approximately 2
working days from receipt of payment. The delivery time for partially
assembled bicycles takes up to 1 week after receipt of payment, depending on
the season. The delivery time for a bike that has been ordered with complete
assembly takes approximately 10 working days after receipt of payment. The
shipping takes a bit longer here because the bicycle is completely assembled
in our workshop. For bikes that are available in external storage, the
delivery time may extend by approximately 1 week.
4. UPS Shipping: Please note the UPS tracking number sent with the shipping
confirmation. If the UPS driver does not find you at home, your package may be
deposited at a UPS Access Point near you. You can find out where this drop-off
point is located, what its opening hours are, and how to get there by clicking
on the tracking number.
Attention: Delivery to Packstations is not possible. Thank you for your
understanding!
Delivery Conditions for EU Countries
1. Non-assembled bikes: Shipping non-assembled bikes to nearby EU countries
costs €99. In this case, bicycles are usually shipped in manufacturer boxes.
Brakes, gears and other parts must be correctly adjusted before the bicycle
can be used. We therefore recommend this option only for experienced
mechanics.
2. Pre-assembled bikes: With this option, bicycles are completely assembled
and adjusted by our mechanics. Only the handlebars and pedals are mounted
sideways for shipping and must be turned or screwed on after arrival. Shipping
assembled bikes to nearby EU countries costs €149.
Please note: Due to bike assembly, shipping takes a bit longer. This is
because the bicycle is completely assembled in our workshop. Only the
handlebars are turned sideways and the pedals are not yet mounted. The bicycle
is then delivered to you in a huge box, and 5 minutes after delivery you can
start riding.
4. Click&Collect: Alternatively, you can order your bicycle online and pick it
up at our store either in Cologne or Berlin. This is of course free of charge!
Attention: Unfortunately, delivery to the Canary Islands and other individual
European islands is not possible. If necessary, contact us before ordering to
clarify the shipping conditions for the respective island. Thank you for your
understanding!
Delivery Conditions for Switzerland and Non-EU Europe
Unfortunately, due to customs costs and trade barriers, UPS prices for
Switzerland and non-EU countries are still far above the sums we have
estimated. Therefore, we unfortunately do not deliver to these regions.
