Arthur – The Avant-Gardist

A classic Schindelhauer model – but motorized. Arthur is visually barely distinguishable from a Schindelhauer bike without e-drive. It is the ideal e-bike for cyclists who want to get through city traffic relaxed and agile with an extra boost.

The 250-watt hub motor in the rear wheel drives the bicycle, with the battery hidden in the down tube. In its geometry, Arthur is designed to be sporty-comfortable and comes without unnecessary weight – it weighs 13.4 kg. Arthur offers everything that is essential for city traffic, e.g. the discreetly integrated StVZO-compliant lighting system from LightSKIN in the handlebars and seatpost, and the hydraulic disc brake system from Shimano.

The cable routing is integrated in the frame and fork, which gives Arthur its rounded, clean look. The dynamic riding feel makes the ride to the office or into nature a special experience – with or without e-assist.

Conspicuously Inconspicuous

Electric inside, bicycle outside. A small rear hub motor, battery in the down tube and only one button on the top tube for control - every e-bike component is perfectly integrated to maintain the characteristic Schindelhauer design. Of course, you can also operate Arthur via app for iOS and Android and use many other smart features.

Compact Hub Motor

The reliable, particularly lightweight rear hub motor from MAHLE is hardly noticeable visually and provides a noticeable boost of up to 55 Nm.

Battery in the Down Tube

Depending on your preferred assistance level, you can cover between 50 and 80 km with the integrated 250 Wh battery. A full charge takes about 3 hours. The battery can be removed for service.
