The STEVENS Izoard Force is the flagship model of the current Izoard range, designed for ambitious road cyclists looking for a lightweight, fast and versatile all-round race bike. Its newly developed Carbon SL Fiber frame combines modern aerodynamic shaping with a balanced geometry suited to fast training rides, long days in the saddle and demanding road tours.
With a claimed weight of just 7.9 kg, the Izoard Force remains impressively light despite its high-end specification. Depending on frame size, the bike comes in below the 8 kg mark, making its low weight particularly noticeable on climbs and during frequent accelerations.
At the heart of the specification is the premium SRAM Force AXS 2x12-speed groupset. Electronic wireless shifting provides fast and precise gear changes while contributing to the bike's exceptionally clean appearance. A 48/35-tooth crankset combined with a 10-33-tooth cassette offers a broad range for both fast riding on the flats and longer, steeper climbs.
Another feature that sets the Izoard Force apart from the lower models in the range is its Vision SC45 i23 carbon wheelset. The 45 mm deep carbon rims provide a well-balanced combination of aerodynamics, low weight and versatile handling. The wheels are Tubeless Ready and are paired with 30 mm Continental Grand Prix TR tyres as standard.
The completely redesigned and UCI-approved carbon frame incorporates aerodynamic influences from STEVENS' Arcalis platform while combining them with the comfort-oriented characteristics of the Xenith endurance bike. Its relaxed aero geometry delivers a sporty riding position without making the bike unnecessarily demanding on longer rides.
A slim 27.2 mm carbon seatpost helps absorb vibrations from rough road surfaces, while clearance for tyres up to 32 mm gives riders additional options to increase comfort and grip.
Hydraulic SRAM Force AXS disc brakes provide powerful and easily controlled braking performance. The cockpit combines a Deda Superzero RS handlebar with a Deda Superbox V2 stem, allowing the cables and hoses to be routed neatly through the front of the bike for a clean and modern appearance.
STEVENS also equips the Izoard with a frame bag developed together with VAUDE and attached using a Fidlock mounting system. It provides a convenient place to carry a spare tube, tools or nutrition without compromising the bike's sporty character.
