The Nukeproof Kilowatt Alloy Pro takes powerful electric mountain biking to a new level. At its heart is the new Avinox M2S motor, delivering up to 1,300 watts of peak power and an incredible 150 Nm of torque. Combined with a robust aluminium frame, progressive suspension with 160 mm of front travel and 150 mm at the rear, and a carefully selected component package, the Kilowatt Alloy Pro is ready for demanding trails and ambitious mountain bike adventures.
Inspired by Nukeproof's proven Mega and Reactor platforms, the Kilowatt combines the confidence-inspiring descending capabilities of an aggressive trail bike with the versatility of a modern all-rounder. The result is an e-MTB that delivers exceptional climbing performance while remaining playful, capable and controlled on technical descents.
The standout feature of the Nukeproof Kilowatt Alloy Pro is undoubtedly its new Avinox M2S drive system. Producing up to 1,300 watts of peak power and a maximum torque of 150 Nm, this exceptionally powerful motor delivers impressive acceleration and outstanding assistance on even the steepest and most technical climbs.
Whether tackling challenging uphill switchbacks, steep gradients or demanding technical sections, the Avinox M2S provides the power needed to keep moving forward. Its remarkable performance opens up new possibilities for exploring difficult terrain and transforms demanding climbs into an exciting part of every ride.
Despite its impressive output, the Avinox drive system features a remarkably compact design. Seamlessly integrated into the aluminium frame, it helps maintain a sleek appearance and a riding character that feels closer to a traditional mountain bike.
Power is supplied by a fully integrated Avinox battery with 800 Wh capacity in sizes M to XL or 600 Wh in size S. The integrated Avinox DP100 display provides clear access to essential riding and system information.
When the trail points downhill, the Kilowatt Alloy Pro is equally impressive. Nukeproof uses its proven four-bar Horst Link suspension platform, a design that has been continuously refined for more than a decade. This system combines excellent small-bump sensitivity and traction with the mid-stroke support needed for aggressive trail riding.
Up front, a RockShox Lyrik Base suspension fork provides 160 mm of travel, while a RockShox Super Deluxe rear shock controls 150 mm of rear-wheel travel. This combination offers plenty of capability for technical descents, rocky terrain, roots and challenging singletrack.
The distinctive one-piece suspension linkage increases rear-end stiffness and contributes to precise, predictable handling, even when riding at speed through demanding terrain.
Reliable shifting comes courtesy of the mechanical SRAM Eagle 70 Transmission 12-speed drivetrain. Designed to withstand demanding riding conditions, the robust T-Type system offers dependable performance and a wide 10–52T cassette range, providing suitable gearing for steep climbs and fast descents.
For braking performance, Nukeproof equips the Kilowatt Alloy Pro with powerful SRAM Maven Base hydraulic disc brakes. Designed to handle the demands of modern electric mountain bikes, they work with 200 mm rotors front and rear to provide strong stopping power and reliable control on technical descents.
Schwalbe Magic Mary tyres in a 2.4-inch width, featuring Gravity casing and Soft rubber compound, deliver excellent traction and confidence on loose surfaces, through corners and across demanding trail conditions.
The Kilowatt Alloy Pro features a carefully engineered aluminium frame designed around the needs of demanding trail riders. Its fully integrated battery and internal tube-in-tube cable routing create a clean appearance while simplifying maintenance.
Modern geometry balances stability at higher speeds with agile handling on tight and technical trails. A wide Nukeproof Neutron aluminium handlebar provides precise steering control, while the Trans-X dropper seatpost with 170 mm of travel offers additional freedom of movement on steep descents.
Whether heading out for a quick after-work ride, exploring technical singletrack or spending an entire day in the mountains, the Nukeproof Kilowatt Alloy Pro combines extraordinary motor power, capable suspension and dependable components in a versatile electric mountain bike designed to maximise trail enjoyment.
