Inspired by Nukeproof's successful Mega and Reactor platforms, the Kilowatt Carbon Factory combines the descending capabilities of an aggressive trail bike with the versatility of a modern all-rounder. At the heart of the Kilowatt Carbon Factory is the powerful Avinox M2S drive system. Producing up to 1,300 watts of peak power and a maximum torque of 150 Nm, it delivers exceptional assistance on steep and technical climbs. Even demanding uphill trails, steep gradients and challenging technical sections become easier to conquer thanks to its impressive motor output.
Despite its remarkable performance, the Avinox M2S features a compact design. The motor integrates seamlessly into the carbon frame, maintaining a sleek appearance. Its powerful assistance opens up new possibilities for exploring challenging terrain and transforms demanding climbs into an exciting part of every ride.
The integrated Avinox DP100 colour touchscreen display provides clear access to essential riding and system information. A powerful Avinox 12A charger is also included.
Nukeproof equips the Kilowatt Carbon Factory with high-quality FOX suspension components. Up front, a FOX 36 Float suspension fork provides 160 mm of travel with GRIP damping. It combines sensitive small-bump performance, excellent stiffness and dependable control on demanding descents.
At the rear, a FOX Float X shock controls 150 mm of travel. The proven four-bar Horst Link suspension platform combines excellent traction over small bumps with the mid-stroke support required for aggressive trail riding. This ensures stable and predictable handling even when pushing hard.
The distinctive one-piece suspension linkage increases rear-end stiffness and contributes to precise handling. Whether tackling fast corners, root-covered trails or rocky descents, the Kilowatt Carbon Factory offers plenty of capability for demanding terrain.
A standout feature of the Factory specification is the electronic SRAM X0 Eagle Transmission. The wireless T-Type shifting system delivers precise and reliable gear changes, even under heavy loads. Combined with the SRAM GX Eagle Transmission 10–52T cassette, the drivetrain provides a wide gear range for steep climbs and fast descents.
The premium SRAM X0 E-MTB crankset with 155 mm crank arms complements the drivetrain and provides additional ground clearance on technical trails.
Powerful SRAM Maven Silver four-piston hydraulic disc brakes provide exceptional stopping power. Designed for demanding mountain biking, the braking system offers impressive braking performance and precise modulation.
Combined with 200 mm brake rotors front and rear, the system provides reliable control, even on long, steep and technically challenging descents.
Schwalbe Albert Gravity Pro tyres with a tubeless-ready construction provide excellent grip and control across demanding trail conditions.
The premium carbon frame of the Kilowatt Factory combines low weight with excellent stiffness and modern trail geometry. A slack 64-degree head angle provides stability and confidence on fast descents, while the steep effective seat angle supports an efficient riding position on challenging climbs.
The mixed-wheel setup, combining a 29-inch front wheel with a 27.5-inch rear wheel, offers an excellent balance of rollover capability and agile handling. A 780 mm wide Nukeproof Horizon aluminium handlebar provides precise steering control, while the premium OneUp V3 dropper seatpost with 180 mm of travel offers additional freedom of movement on steep and technical descents.
The fully integrated battery and practical tube-in-tube cable routing create a clean appearance while simplifying maintenance.
