If your bike is acting up, come to our workshop. In our master workshop, well-versed mechanics repair all common types of bikes with a lot of understanding and love.

And of course, an inspection is also called for from time to time. It includes a complete check of the wheel. All bolted connections are checked, wheels centered, circuit and brake system get a new basic setting missed. The bearings are checked for proper running. Also in the service package: light check, air and oil as well as a test ride to see if everything really runs smoothly again.

Our workshop opening hours from 8:00 am to 7:00 pm are designed so that you can bring your bike to us for doctoring on your way to work or conveniently pick it up after work. You don't need to make an appointment. Just drop off your bike. And after only 48 hours, your bike should then normally be ready for pickup again.

If you already know or suspect that a special part needs to be replaced, which we should not necessarily have in stock, call us briefly (0221 / 640 00 03 92) or use our workshop contact form. We can then check, for example, how long it will take until we get this spare part delivered. If you use the workshop contact form, we will call you back. And as soon as a repair or inspection is done, we will inform you by SMS, so you know exactly when you can pick up your bike.

With over 100 square meters of space, by the way, there is still enough room in our workshop to have a Stevens custom bike tailored to your body by the specialist. Configure your dream road bike individually according to the modular principle and decide with our expert support whether, for example, the Stevens Xenon with Ultegra Di2 or Chorus components fits you better.

More and more often, customers come from further away, because word gets around that a trip to Cologne can be combined well with a visit to our store. In any case, you will be in our store great advice, and very happy you can test ride our bikes.

We have around 500 bikes waiting for a test drive in the Belgisches Viertel. Because to make yourself a picture of an exceptional product, a test drive can be just indispensable. Simply contact us 2-3 days in advance so that we can set up the bike for you if necessary. We will then confirm the test ride date. And you can then take your time during the test drive and enjoy the ride.
